Beautiful Family

 I love my family. My husband is so handsome. My daughters are beautiful. We have so much fun together.

 I'm blessed beyond belief to share such a wonderful life with three wonderful people.

 Destiny is growing up so fast. She is already developing such a sweet personality.

Felicity is a little fireball. I lover her to pieces.

Reading a Book

 After hunting eggs, the girls snuggled on the couch together to read a book.

 I love to watch Felicity and Destiny together. They love each other so much.

I hope they continue to stay close as they grow older.

Easter Morning

 This year was Destiny's first Easter. Everyone opened Easter baskets.

 Then the girls got dressed in their matching dresses.

 Felicity LOVED the egg hunt.

 After finding over 100 eggs, she begged to find them again.

 Good thing the Easter bunny was on hand to hide them again.

Easter was so fun this year. Felicity loved coloring Easter eggs, the hunt, and everything else. I am so blessed with two wonderful children to share the fun of life. I'm also blessed with a wonderful husband, who is my best friend, and the greatest family I could ask for. It was fun for my parents to watch Felicity enjoy Easter and snuggle with Destiny.

Easter morning, when I heard her wake up, I run upstairs to her room and told her that the Easter Bunny had left her a surprise. She opened the door with a huge smile. It would be an understatement to say that she liked it, but I'll let the pictures speak for themselves.

 I explained that she had to follow the trail of jelly beans to find her Easter basket.

 She giggled as she saw the jellybeans led all the way "downstairs!"

 She picked them up...

 and only ate a few along the way.

 She didn't even look around, just worked steadily to pick up all the jelly beans,

 Until she found her Easter basket. I was surprised she knew which one was hers!

 She LOVED it!!!

Felicity talked about it all day long. It's so fun to have a little girl to do things for, and next year, Destiny might even join in the fun!

Easter Eggs

Felicity and I painted Easter Eggs together.  

It was pretty messy, but a lot of fun. I was surprised how well she did.

Hopefully next year though, we buy a better dye kit. This one was horrible. Easter morning wasn't hot, but all the dye started melting and got everywhere.

 They turned out pretty anyway.

 She let Daddy know that she didn't want her picture taken while she was working on her masterpiece. "Shop Daddy."

 Destiny watched from a safe distance.

Still a smile? I guess it wasn't too tragic of an experience. We'll try again next year!!! I loved painting eggs with you Fishy!

Herriman Easter Egg Hunt

Our family with the world's most unfriendly Easter Bunny. This was about the most movement and excitement he gave... Felicity still loved it though.

Felicity with Daddy making a strategy play for what to get when the firetruck sounded.

The last I saw of Jon and Felicity. Talk about crazy. Everything was gone in less than two minutes! I think Felicity loved it, especially the cotton candy.

Getting so big! Almost three months old. Ahh, Destiny. Stop growing up so fast!

Can You Say Precious?!?

Sometimes I'm not quick enough to capture moments like this... but I love it when I do. Felicity and Desitiny both seem to love each other so much.

 It helps when they have such a sweet, loving father.

 I can't remember why she was crying...

 As usual, it didn't last long.

I'm not mean....

There are times when poor, sweet Destiny just can't get comfortable. This was one of those days. I tried snuggling her in my arms. No... On her tummy. No. Back. No.

 It looks so uncomfortable, but this is the only way that she would sleep. Luckily it only lasted one evening, or she would probably end up with her neck staying like that.

 If only she didn't look so very adorable.

 As did the adorable, cheesy Felicity.

We love our girls!

Perfect with one exception...

After a long day teaching 3rd graders, I love coming home to my two beautiful girls. These pictures are absolutely adorable with only one problem... Can you spot it?

 Um... embarassing!!! HOw long did I have that big black make-up mark across my nose. I didn't know about it until I saw the pictures. Now I REALLY need to learn to use Photoshop!

But Destiny... perfect in every way!

Felicity, Little Mommy....

Felicity LOVES to help with Destiny. She is a mini-mommy. One day, after Daddy came home from work, he was laying on the floor. I told Felicity we needed to take care of Daddy because he was tired.

 So, she took a "bottle" from her doll and gave it to Daddy, curled up in his arms and gave him the "bottle."

 It was so sweet, and so funny!!!

Felicity is a sweetheart!!! (And dang, her Daddy is SOOOO handsome!!!)
