Meeting Minnie

When I was a little girl, my parents took me and my brother to Disney Land. More than anything, I wanted to meet Minnie and take my picture with her. When we finally spotted her, she totally ignored me to hold some "baby!" I was mad! Ever since, I have been "mad at Minnie." On our honeymoon, we again tried to get a picture with Minnie -- and couldn't even find her. So... I passed on my desire to meet Minnie to my daughter. On the ship, we finally got a chance to meet Minnie. Felicity is telling her she was a bad girl for being so difficult to get a picture with for her Mommy... Hehehe...

 But seriously, she LOVED Minnie --- especially her nose. She loves everyone's nose -- but especially Minnie's!!!

Cruise to Bahamas - Day One

After boarding the ship, we found our room. Here we are on the veranda.

When we woke up the next morning in the Bahamas, it was GORGEOUS. We didn't get off the ship because it looked like it was going to rain. I love how sweet Jon looks in this picture. We tried a ton of times to take a picture of the two of us -

 later we decided we should go ask Gra'ma to take a quick family picture. After having Gra'ma take a quick family picture from our balcony, we decided to make plans for the day.

I mean... Felicity planned what we did for the day. Every night, there was a schedule of the things going on onboard the ship for the next day. I love that this picture looks like Felicity really knew what she was picking.

Disney World - Day Two

Our first stop on day two was Daisy Duck. Felicity loved touching her "nose." Gra'ma Smoot made adorable shirts for the girls to wear with our names (mine said Mommy - hers said Grama).

I made Felicity mouse ears -- everyone loved them. Maybe I should go into business. With Felicity as a model, I'll sell MILLIONS!!! If only every little girl could look as adorable as my baby! Hehehe...

 And of course, no day at the Magic Kingdom would be complete without a stop to Felicity's favorite ride - Small World. Here she is sitting with Gram'pa. She also really liked the Peter Pan and Winnie the Pooh rides. Gra'ma joined us for the rides, which made the day even more fun.

 I wish I could say I'm being biased, but EVERYONE stopped to watch Felicity and comment on how adorable she is. She has the world wrapped around her little finger -- ESPECIALLY Daddy!

And that is the end of our Disney World adventures. But don't you fret, I still get to post about our Disney Cruise to the Bahamas!

Disneyworld - Day One

Before we packed, Felicity had to check out our bag and make sure we didn't forget something. Hmmm.... I think you forgot to bring the sunscreen Mommy.

After meeting up with Grandma and Grandpa at the airport, we got a good rest and headed to the Magic Kingdom. Even though this was Felicity's first visit, she was in charge of directions. This way Gram'pa!

Then it started raining, but after a quick talk with Gra'ma, everything was okay.

Her favorite ride was It's a Small World. Daddy's favorite ride? Small World? Grandma and Grandpa's? Small World. WHY??? Because it was ADORABLE to watch Felicity and how much she loved the ride.

The characters at Disneyworld were her next favorite thing. Here she is with Chip and Dale.
